34 news; Rina Amiri, the representative of the United States Department of State for women and human rights in Afghanistan, said that if the Taliban want to have normal relations with the world, they should listen to the demands of the international community.
Amiri wrote in a series of tweets on Thursday, September 24, that the foreign ministers and senior officials of “Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey, Uzbekistan and the United States Special Representative for Afghanistan agree that inclusive governance, human rights, especially the right to work and education for Women and girls are the key to normal relations with the Taliban.
She added that on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, she met with the senior officials of these countries, including Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and they all have a common opinion on this matter.
Meanwhile, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in a meeting with Tom West, the US special representative for Afghanistan, emphasised ensuring peace and stability in Afghanistan and said that “Peaceful, stable and prosperous Afghanistan is Pakistan’s priority.”
