Personal clashes between people in Helmand left four dead and sixteen wounded

Bakhtar state news agency has quoted local officials as saying that this lost war and personal conflicts in the center and several districts of Helmand province mostly occurred over land ownership, water distribution, children’s controversy, and personal enmity.

A security source in Helmand has said that several people have been arrested in connection with these incidents.

Meanwhile, unknown gunmen shot and killed a farmer while watering his farm in Faryab province last night. Local sources say that the incident happened in Qalashan village, Garzivan district of Faryab province.

The cause behind the incident and the identity of the perpetrators are still unknown.
