Floods in Laghman and Nangarhar killed at least seven people in the last 24 hours

34 news; Officials in the Ministry of Natural Disaster Management say that at least seven people have died as a result of floods in Nangarhar and Laghman. 

Mohammad Nasim Haqqani, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Natural Disasters, said that six people died in Nangarhar and another in Laghman due to these floods.

Moreover, several residents of these provinces also say that the floods have caused huge financial losses to the people in addition to the loss of life and destroyed dozens of acres and several residential houses.

Sharafuddin Muslim, the deputy minister of the Taliban government for dealing with incidents, says that 194 people have died and 260 others have been injured as a result of floods in 21 provinces in the last month.
